Specifications may be obtained from the Township Clerk’s Office, 6101 Thirteenth Street, Mays Landing, NJ 08330, Telephone 609-625-1511 extension 600 or by emailing a request to Clerks.office@Townshipofhamilton.com We cannot be responsible for bids not arriving to you in time.
A PRE-BID meeting will be held on Tuesday October 15, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. in Conference Room A at the Town Hall, Hamilton Township, 6101 Thirteenth St., Mays Landing, NJ. Please call the Public Works Department 609-625-6311 extension 202 to confirm your attendance.
Bids shall be made on the bid form provided and in the manner prescribed. The bid shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name of the Bid, and the Bid Number on the outside of the envelope. The bid shall be returned to the Township Clerk by 11:00 a.m. on Thursday October 31, 2019, the day of Bid, where it will be opened and read in public. Late bids will be returned unopened. Bidders will be required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. Affirmative Action.
The Township of Hamilton reserves the right to reject any or all bids if it deems it necessary in the public interest to do so.
